Loyalty Program Regulations - Minouu Club:
1. General Provisions
1.1. These regulations define the principles of operation of the Loyalty Program (hereinafter: "Program").
1.2. The Program is organized by Minouu Due Sp. z o. o.
1.3. The Program is intended for Customers making purchases in the sklep.minouu.com online store and allows you to collect loyalty points that can be exchanged for discounts or free delivery.
1.4. Joining the Program is tantamount to accepting these regulations.
2. Participation in the Program
2.1. Any Customer who creates an account in the sklep.minouu.com store can become a Program Participant.
2.2. Registration in the Program is free and takes place via the store's website.
2.3. Additional points are awarded for agreeing to the sending of newsletters.
3. Rules for awarding points
3.1. The number of points awarded for each zloty spent depends on the total expenditure in the sklep.minouu.com store from the last 365 days and is as follows:
- up to PLN 1,000: 3 points per PLN 1 net
- PLN 1,000.01 - 5,000: 4 points per PLN 1 net
- PLN 5,000.01 - 10,000: 5 points per PLN 1 net
- over PLN 10,000: 6 points. for 1 PLN net
3.2. Only purchases made after logging in are included in the total expenses.
3.3. In the case of a purchase in euro, points are awarded in proportion to the value of the purchase in PLN.
3.4. Points are accrued automatically within 21 days of purchase.
3.5. In the event of cancellation of the order or part of it - the appropriate number of awarded points will be withdrawn in proportion to the value of the returned products.
3.6. The Organizer reserves the right to award additional points, e.g. as compensation in the complaint process or in organized periodic promotions.
3.7. Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are awarded. After this period, the points expire.
3.8. The oldest points are used first.
4. Using points
4.1. Collected points can be exchanged for:
- discount voucher for shopping,
- voucher for free delivery within Poland.
4.2. Details regarding the value of points and available rewards can be found in the My Account tab.
4.3. The minimum amount of points that can be redeemed is 1000 points.
4.4. Vouchers are valid for 14 days from the date they are generated.
4.5. The discount voucher can be up to 25% of the total order value.
4.6. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other people.
5. Checking the point balance
5.1. The current number of collected points is available in the My Account tab after logging in.
6. Complaints and exclusion from the Program
6.1. Complaints regarding the Program can be submitted to the following e-mail address: sklep@minouu.com.
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant from the Program in the event of a violation of the regulations or suspicion of abuse of the point system.
7. Final provisions
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations and terms of the Program at any time.
7.2. Any changes to the regulations will be published on the store's website.
7.3. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The regulations are effective from 21.04.2026.
